Will my shipment be delayed?
We are working hard to ship your order in a timely manner. Due to increased worldwide shipping demands, orders may be temporarily delayed in delivery once they leave our doors beyond our standard shipping times. Thank you for your patience.
Domestic Shipping (shipping to the United States)
Shipping Rates are as follows (in US Dollars), based on order total, after discount and before sales tax:

Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse between (1) one business day to (5) five business days. Custom orders are made to order and delivery is 4 to 6 weeks from order date.
Orders received after 12 pm Mountain Time will be shipping the following day.
Express Shipments cannot be shipped to PO Boxes -Physical addresses only

International Shipping FAQ's
Calculating Shipping Costs and Order Totals
You'll now be able to calculate the shipping costs and total of your purchase before placing the order. Does not apply to orders shipped USPS.
Regulations and Restrictions: The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If the product is seized and destroyed by customs, Montana Silversmiths will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
Do I have to pay for international handling fees?
We do not charge any handling fees for processing international orders. Fees you’ll be paying for your purchase are shipping fees, taxes, customs, duties or Values Added Tax dictated by your location and will be indicated to you at checkout.
How will I know the potential Duty and Tax charges due on delivery?
In many cases, you'll be given the opportunity to prepay your duties and taxes for your order. Doing this allows you to pay for your entire order upon checkout with a guarantee that you won't be charged any VAT, duty, taxes, or other shipping or customs-related fees after your order is complete. If you choose NOT to prepay at the time of checkout, be prepared to pay these fees upon delivery. Depending on your country and your order value, your order may already be under the minimum amount at which local taxes are required. In such cases, no duty or tax fees are assessed.
Montana Silversmiths is not responsible for any changes in exchange rates or bank and credit card fees for conversions.
Are my international purchases secured?
International order payments are handled directly at our checkout process. Due to the high fraud rate with International online orders, we take the necessary precautions to minimize risk both to you and our risk as well when shipping products internationally. Your payment is handled securely and is encrypted for the utmost safety.
Will I be able to check the status of my international order?
Upon completion of your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email and a follow-up with tracking information.
Who can I contact about my international order?
If you have any questions at all regarding your international order, please contact our Customer Service for further inquiries.
We do NOT accept international returns. Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If duty and taxes were not prepaid, those will need to be collected by your local customs agency.

Only one coupon is allowed per purchase. NO stacking of coupons.
NO refunds will be issued on missed coupons. Coupon code must be entered in at time of checkout for it to be applied.
Discount will not be applied to shipping, taxes (where applicable), custom hand cut brands, or select custom items.
Coupons are valid ONLY for the dates advertised. We will not back-date coupons.
No discounts will be applicable on the current year Limited Edition NFR buckle.

How to Return Merchandise
All returns must be accompanied by an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization Number and all associated freight costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Upon receipt of your returns request, the Montana Silversmiths customer service team will:
- Review the information
- Assign a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Contact you with next steps information and shipping instructions
Domestic orders of full-priced stock catalog items placed through this website may be returned within 30 days directly to Montana Silversmiths only. All sales are final on sale products that are discontinued and custom product orders. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for payment.
Montana Silversmiths will not accept product returns or exchanges (not offered as a warranty claim) from individual consumer purchases made through an independent dealer. Montana Silversmiths will honor warranty claims on all individual consumer purchases, regardless of where the purchase was made.
Items are only eligible for return if in new condition and not worn. Items MUST be in original packaging.
Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or replacement.
Orders placed using an Expert Voice code will not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Most returns are processed in 4-6 weeks. Return status updates are issued by email after the items are processed by our returns department.
We will not refund shipping charges.
International orders placed through this website are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New products found to have a manufacturer's defect will be eligible for repair or replacement under our standard manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Purchases made at an authorized independent Montana Silversmiths dealer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New products found to have a manufacturers defect will be eligible for repair or replacement under our standard manufacturer’s warranty policy.
