Position: Director of Ecommerce
Seeking: Director of Ecommerce to lead the company’s multi-million-dollar online sales and customer loyalty program. The ideal candidate should be an experienced team leader with excellent people management skills, strong insight into budget management, the ability to delivering an industry-leading user experience to drive conversion, and proficiency in project management and site analytics. The Ecommerce leader will oversee a team responsible for graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, and social engagement platforms.
Collaboration with marketing, merchandising, creative, and operations divisions will be key to developing brand strategies for top and bottom-line growth across the Montana Silversmiths portfolio.
Responsibilities
· Lead the eCommerce team to drive sales, increase conversion, and deliver bottom-line growth, online and across other channels.
· Work cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, creative, operations, and other key stakeholders to develop and support key brand strategies.
· Deliver an excellent online customer experience with great design, strong graphics and photography, clear and concise written content, and efficient navigation.
· Generate KPI reports and leverage data to drive conversion and deliver a strong site performance.
· Develop and manage website project timelines, prioritize tasks to maximize the efficiency of the support team, and meet key deadlines.
· Use excellent communication skills to interact with the team, identify obstacles, and present solutions to manage the successful delivery of corporate initiatives.
· Foster relationships with key retail partners and vendors to enhance the Montana Silversmiths brand and grow market share within their locations.
· Participate in strategic planning initiatives that contribute to the long-term vision and profitable growth of all business channels.
· Meet or exceed annual sales goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications
· Five-plus years’ experience in leading an Ecommerce business.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
· Experience in strategic planning, development, and management of a successful online sales business.
· Strong marketing and analytic skills and exposure to multi-channel business operations.
· Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team.
· Solid project management skills with an ability to accurately prioritize and manage delivery of existing projects while concurrently planning future projects.
· Experience with content management systems, including Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and BigCommerce.

· Reports to the VP of Marketing.
· Onsite position in the beautiful corporate headquarters on the banks of the Yellowstone River in Columbus, MT.
