2019 All American Quarter Horse Congress
Holding the prestigious title as the world’s largest single-breed horse show, the All American Quarter Horse Congress takes place the entire month of October in Columbus Ohio at the State Fairgrounds each year. In 2012, Montana Silversmiths signed a long-term Corporate Partner agreement and became the Official Silversmiths of the Congress.
With over 25,000 entries at the Congress, there are hundreds of riders who are top placers in their class. Each winner (aside from a few select classes) has the option to design and purchase their own buckle from Montana Silversmiths. We supply over 1,300 buckles per year for Champions, Reserve Champions, Top Fifteen, Top Ten and Top Five finishers and contestants. This includes nearly 400 buckles for the National Youth Activities Team Tournament competition. More on that exciting event later! On top of that, we also build a limited-edition number of commemorative buckles that are collectible items for friends, family, grooms, trainers, and owners. These official buckle designs offered to the competitors to purchase to celebrate their win at the Congress are showcased at our booth during the Trade Show. We exhibit all month long, starting Oct 1st-Oct 27th along with a few of our retail partners, including Rod’s and Saltwell Stables that sell our beautiful jewelry and accessories to compliment the award buckles.
