How To Return Merchandise
All returns must be accompanied by a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
Upon receipt of your returns request, the Montana Silversmiths customer service team will
- Review the information
- Assign a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Contact you with next steps information and shipping instructions
Domestic orders of full priced stock catalog items placed through this website may be returned within 30 days directly to Montana Silversmiths only. All sales are final on sale products which are discontinued and custom product orders. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for payment.
Montana Silversmiths will not accept product returns or exchanges (not offered as a warranty claim) from individual consumer purchases made through an independent dealer. Montana Silversmiths will honor warranty claims on all individual consumer purchases, regardless of where the purchase was made.
Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or replacement.
Most returns are processed in 4-6 weeks. Return status updates are issued by email after the items are processed by our returns department.
International orders placed through this website are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New products found to have a manufacturers defect will be eligible for repair or replacement under our standard manufacturer’s warranty policy.
