Engraver/Designer
Montana Silversmiths Inc, a leading manufacturer in the western industry located in Columbus, MT is searching for a talented and creative Western Hand Engraver/Designer to join our team of dedicated artists and designers. Qualified candidates should possess 3-5 years of hand engraving experience on metal to include, buckles, jewelry, spurs, guns, and other ornamental surfaces.

Product Line Manager
The Product Line Manager will lead and coordinate all major business activities of our Jewelry line through multifunctional teams; prepare business plans, including strategy for new and existing products, pricing structure, sales forecast, trends, advertising/promotion, meet annual growth plans and operating profit margin targets, market research and identifies development of new market channels of distribution.

Skills required:

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Business Plan Development experience
• Product development and sourcing experience
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet software is mandatory
• Merchandising Experience a plus
• Familiarity with current Inventory Management techniques mandatory
• Ability to understand a complex product line
• Participation in Western Lifestyle will be perceived as a major "plus"
• Strong organizational skills Entrepreneurial Spirit
